Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, Contact Us. We should be able to cancel the order and provide a refund. However, if the package has already been shipped we will provide a return label to be sent back free of charge.
Change of Mind Returns
If you have decided that you no longer want the order you placed on omgLEDs.com, this return policy allows you to return the item for a refund under the following conditions:
- You return the item within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- You are able to provide the original order number and email address.
- The item is in original condition, this means it is undamaged and in full original packaging.
Keep in mind, the price of shipping may not be returned, therefore, deducted from the paid price.
